This charming 3000 square ft Majestic Ocean view and beach house Villa features over 3000 sq. ft. of decks, all with breathtaking white-water views. After a day of playing in the surf you can warm up in a private jacuzzi while you watch the surf, then quickly grab your board and run back into the water when you see the next big set coming in. This deck also has a fireplace for romantic evening ambiance or for making s’mores with fellow co-workers or family Although the house and decks are not directly on the beach, thereby not technically ‘ocean front,’ just yards from our private beach, which is 45 feet of beachfront in front of our beach house, and you
have the added advantage of all that additional private deck space as well as white water view and a private beach just steps away (45 seconds to the sand!) We think it is BETTER than ocean front!
The entire front of the house is glass, providing a breathtaking white water ocean view from anywhere in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom. The 24’x20’ living room features 21’ high open beam ceilings with a 24′ long skylight. (I can’t imagine a house with more natural light than this!) Two huge French doors open onto a large deck which has a table that seats 6 people and an 18’x10’ remote control operated retractable awning. The living room also has a 52” TV, a 10’ window-seat, and a uniquely charming fireplace.
You’ll love having breakfast on the beautiful granite breakfast counter in newly remodeled open-style kitchen, and dining at large dining room table which seats 8, all while watching the surf hit the sand and the local surfers putting on a great show!
The 20×16 master bedroom has a king bed, a 10’ window seat with an ocean view, and an all glass front with double French doors that open onto a large private deck with a sofa, a table that seats 4, an 18’x10’ remote control operated retractable awning, and a stunning white water view! On this level there are two more bedrooms, one with a small kitchenette and its own washer/dryer, and one smaller bedroom with a high open beam ceiling. Both have ocean views. On the ground floor is a 16×20 mini-apartment/bedroom with a kitchenette with dining room table and sofa, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower, and private entrance plus entrance from inside. On this level there is also a small bedroom with private entrance plus entrance from inside. Both have ocean views. And on the very top of house is yet another bedroom with a deck with the best view in the cove! This 20×16 room has double french doors on two sides and an awesome white water view! It has a private entrance and a 25×12′ deck, and although a little remote from the rest of the house and comparatively ‘rustic,’ young at heart adults love it!
Offering easy opportunity for everything from kayaking, surfing, sailing, fishing, diving, swimming, beach walking, and just relaxing, this beach is both exciting and serene. If you enjoy exploring nature, our tide-pools are well known as the best in Malibu, and provide a safe place for little ones to enjoy the water in a sheltered area. All surrounding beaches are private, providing additional security. We know you’ll love this unique little spot and want to come back; in fact you won’t want to leave!
